Cabernet Sauvignon Colli Euganei DOC

Our Vigna Costa wine was first released in 1990, and since then it has represented the potential of the Colli Euganei for producing a red wine with an impeccable balance between structure and an easy-drinking style. Cabernet Sauvignon has found in the soils of Monticelli an ideal habitat for a variety that is renowned all over the world.

Vineyard
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Average yield of 9,000 kg of grapes per hectare.

Winemaking
Maceration, with periodical pumping of the must over the grape skins, at temperatures between 25 and 28 °C.
12 months in French oak barriques.

Alcohol content
Alcohol 13,5%.

Packaging
0,75 l or 0,375 l Bordeaux bottle; 6 or 12 bottle cartons.
