Grapes: Glera and a small percentage of Chardonnay.
Average yield of 15,000 kg of grapes per hectare.
DOC EXTRA DRY
The Glera variety from which Prosecco is made has been cultivated for a very long time in the Province of Padua.
Compared to the other Provinces where Glera is grown, our local microclimate favours the production of a sparkling wine that has more body and fruitiness. It is ideal as an aperitif or served with lightly-flavoured dishes.
Seafood salads and delicately-flavoured fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
