As from the 2022 vintage, we have begun a new project regarding the vinification of Pinot Nero: a very delicate grape variety that derives particular benefit from care by the vigneron. In the winery, we have tried to highlight – through very gentle maceration – the distinctive wealth of aromas of this wine, which displays fragrances of raspberries, wild strawberries, and tea leaves.
