Growing Pinot Grigio calls for precise and meticulous viticulture, and had already been experimented with in the vicinity of our estate in the early years of the twentieth century. The grapes of this variety, when completely ripe, have skins of a purplish/coppery colour. The wine is well-structured and has a pale yellow colour, with delicate old rose highlights.
Its nose is floral, with faint spicy notes.
