COLLI EUGANEI DOCG Spumante Dolce

This top-quality aromatic sparkling wine is made from Moscato Giallo, the indigenous variety of the Colli Euganei ‘par excellence’, known locally as Fior d’Arancio. Its fresh, floral fragrance and its sweet but well-balanced flavour make it an ideal accompaniment for all kinds of desserts.
It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif, due to its low alcohol content.

Vineyard
Grapes: 100% Moscato Giallo (indigenous Fior d’Arancio biotype).
Average yield of 13,000 kg of grapes per hectare.

Winemaking
Soft pressing at low temperatures.
Re-fermentation at a low temperature up to 5 atmospheres.

Alcohol content
Alcohol 6%.

Packaging
0,75 l bottle; 6 bottle cartons.
