COLDIVALLE®

Coldivalle comes from a vineyard lying in the hills that embrace the little mediaeval town of Arquà Petrarca. The southerly exposure of the vineyard guarantees excellent ripening of the Syrah grapes, while the limestone soil gives the wine a rich and distinctive taste.
The bouquet is reminiscent of Oriental spices, as well as sensations of ripe fruit; on the palate, the wine is rounded and elegant.
The label features the splendid panorama one can admire in the heart of the Coldivalle property, where vineyards, olive groves, almond trees and broom combine in a unique landscape, which the Borin family is proud to conserve.
