COLDIVALLE®

Cabernet Sauvignon Colli Euganei DOC

The Coldivalle wines come from a prestigious hilly zone, ideal for cultivating red grapes, in which the soil is made up predominantly of calcareous marine sediments and is enriched by outcrops of volcanic rocks. The vineyards have a southerly exposure, and the climate is dry and well-ventilated.
The Cabernet Sauvignon variety, picked at optimum ripeness, expresses the sunny nature of this exceptional viticultural area in a wine that is intense and long-lived.

  • Winemaking

    Maceration, with periodical pumping of the must over the grape skins, at temperatures between 22 and 25 °C.
    Maturation in new and one-year-old French oak barriques for 15 months.

  • Alcohol content

    Alc. 12-12,5%.

  • Packaging

    0,75 l Bordeaux bottle; 6 or 12 bottle cartons
