Average yield of 10,000 kg of grapes per hectare.
Bianco dei Mandorli
This is a dry white made from Chardonnay and other grapes cultivated in the area of the Euganean Hills; the percentages of the varieties vary according to the vintage. The grapes are fermented at low temperatures with the aim of obtaining a wine with a fresh, fragrant nose, and which can be matched with a wide selection of foods.
Warm hors d’oeuvres, light pasta or rice dishes, seafood salads.
