GIOVANNI BORIN ZUÀN

Rosso Veneto IGT

The grapes selected for this blend come from the company’s vineyards with the best expositions.
The Cabernet Sauvignon confers character and depth to this wine, which is enriched by the presence of Syrah and a small quantity of Merlot.
After a long period of maturation, it displays intense fruity and spicy aromas; on the palate, it is powerful and mouth-filling.

  • Vineyard

    Grapes: 40 % Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc.
    Average yield of 7,000 kg of grapes per hectare.
    The grapes are harvested when slightly over-ripe.

  • Winemaking

    Maceration, with periodical pumping of the must over the grape skins, at temperatures between 25 and 28 °C.
    Maturation in new and one-year-old French oak barriques for 15 months.

  • Alcohol content

    Alcohol 14%.

  • Packaging

    0,75 l Bordeaux bottle; 6 bottle cartons.
