COLDIVALLE®

SYRAH Veneto IGT

It is produced from grapes from our Coldivalle property, which is situated above the village of Arquà Petrarca. The Syrah variety is particularly suited to the limestone soils of the hills here, which give the wine a rich, distinctive flavour. The nose is reminiscent of oriental spices and ripe red fruits.

  • Vineyard

    Grapes: 100% Syrah. The Coldivalle vineyard at Arquà Petrarca.
    Altitude 130-175 m a.s.l. Limestone soil.

  • Winemaking

    Maceration, with periodical pumping of the must over the grape skins, at temperatures between 25 and 28 °C. 12 months in French oak barriques.

  • Alcohol content

    Alcohol 13,5%.

  • Packaging

    0,75 l Burgundy bottle; 6 or 12 bottle cartons.
