GIOVANNI BORIN ZUÀN

Rosso Veneto IGT

Die für diese Cuvée ausgewählten Trauben stammen aus den Weinbergen des Weinguts mit den besten Lagen. Cabernet Sauvignon verleiht diesem Wein Charakter und Tiefe, die durch die Anwesenheit von Syrah und einem kleinen Anteil von Merlot bereichert wird. Nach einer langen Verfeinerung entfalten sich intensive fruchtige und würzige Aromen, die den Gaumen einhüllen und beeindrucken.

  • WEINBERG

    40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc.
    Durchschnittlicher Ertrag 70 dz Trauben pro Hektar.
    Die Trauben werden leicht überreif gelesen.

  • KELLEREI

    Maischengärung mit periodischem Umwälzen der Maische bei einer Temperatur zwischen 25°C und 28°C. Verfeinerung für 15 Monate in französischen Barriques im ersten und zweiten Durchgang.

  • ALKOHOLGEHALT

    Alkoholgehalt 14%.

  • VERPACKUNG

    Bordeauxflasche zu 0,75 l; Kartons zu 6 Flaschen.
