Merlot Colli Euganei DOC

Der Merlot wird seit vielen Jahren am Fuße der kleinen Hügel von Monticelli angebaut. Der Volksmund erzählt, dass der in Italien bekannte Dichter Ugo Foscolo an diesen Orten gewohnt habe als er die “Ultime lettere di Jacopo Ortis” schrieb. Der Wein hat eine leuchtend rubinrote Farbe, duftet nach kleinen roten Früchten und hat einen runden und samtigen Geschmack.

KELLEREI
Der zehnmonatige Ausbau erfolgt für 50% des Weines in französischen Barriques.
Zusammenführung in Stahltank und 4 Monate Verfeinerung in der Flasche.

ALKOHOLGEHALT
Alkoholgehalt 13%.

VERPACKUNG
Bordeauxflasche zu 0,75 l und zu 0,375 l; Kartons zu 6/12 Flaschen.
