Cabernet Sauvignon Colli Euganei DOC

Vigna Costa wurde 1990 zum ersten Mal vorgeschlagen und vertritt seitdem das Potenzial des Euganeischen Gebiets mit einem Rotwein, der ein perfektes Gleichgewicht zwischen Struktur und Trinkbarkeit aufweist. Der Cabernet Sauvignon hat in den Böden von Monticelli ein ideales Habitat für eine international bekannte Rebsorte gefunden.

    Durchschnittlicher Ertrag 90 dz Trauben pro Hektar.

  • KELLEREI

    Maischengärung mit periodischem Umwälzen der Maische bei einer Temperatur zwischen 25°C und 28°C.
    Zwölfmonatige Verfeinerung in Barriques aus französischer Eiche.

  • ALKOHOLGEHALT

    Alkoholgehalt 13,5%.

  • VERPACKUNG

    Bordeauxflasche zu 0,75 l und zu 0,375 l; Kartons zu 6/12 Flaschen.
