VIGNA BIANCA

Chardonnay Colli Euganei DOC

Die Familie Borin baut seit 1978 Chardonnay an. Für Vigna Bianca werden noch im Weinberg die Biotypen aus-gewählt, die sich am Besten eignen einen Wein mit Struktur zu erhalten, die eine gute Alterung zulässt.
Dieser Wein hat eine leuchtend goldene Farbe, eine elegante, würzige Blume und einen cremig runden Geschmack, dem man eine Lagerung in Barriques aus französischer Eiche entnehmen kann.

    Durchschnittlicher Ertrag 90 dz Trauben pro Hektar.

    Gärung und Verfeinerung in französischen Allierbarriques.

    Alkoholgehalt 13,5 – 14%.

  • VERPACKUNG

    Burgunderflasche zu 0,75 l; Kartons zu 6/12 Flaschen.
