Er wird aus Marzemino-Trauben hergestellt. Auch diese Rebsorte hat in der Gegend von Padua eine lange Tradition. Dieser Rosé ist ein leichter Wein von leuchtend rosa Farbe. Am Gaumen verspürt man eine gute Würze, sowie ein angenehmes Prickeln, das durch die zweite Gärung im Drucktank erreicht wird.

Merlot und Cabernet.
Durchschnittlicher Ertrag 95 dz Trauben pro Hektar.

KELLEREI
Weinbereitung in Rosè, nach einer leichten kalten Einmaischung.
Wiedergärung bei niedriger Temperatur bis zu 2,5 Atmosphären.

ALKOHOLGEHALT
Alkoholgehalt 12%.

VERPACKUNG
Helle Bordeauxflasche zu 0,75 l; Kartons zu 6/12 Flaschen.
