Der Anbau des Pinot Grigio erfordert einen präzisen und sorgfältigen Weinbau und wurde bereits zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts in der Gegend um unsere Weinkellerei erforscht.
Bei Vollreife haben die Trauben dieser Sorte eine violett- kupferbraune Schale. Der Wein hat eine gute Struktur, eine hellgelbe Farbe mit zarten altrosa Reflexen und ein blumiges Aroma mit leicht würzigen Noten.
