Fiore di Gaia ist das Resultat eines sehr originellen Projektes, das von der Idee stammt, einen traditionellen aromatischen Wein der Euganeischen Hügel, den Fior d’Arancio, neu zu interpretieren.
Der Name Fiore di Gaia rührt von dem Hochzeitsgeschenk her, das die griechische Göttin Gaia, (Mutter Erde) Juno als Symbol der Fruchtbarkeit überreichte.
Es ist ein trockener aromatischer Wein mit ausgeprägten fruchtigen Aromen und salzig frischem Geschmack.

Durchschnittlicher Ertrag 100 dz Trauben pro Hektar.

KELLEREI
Sanfte Verarbeitung und reduktive Weinbereitung bei niedrigen Temperaturen.
Viermonatige Reifung auf der Hefe im Stahltank.

ALKOHOLGEHALT
Alkoholgehalt 13 – 13,5%.

VERPACKUNG
Rheinweinflasche zu 0,75 l; Kartons zu 6 Flaschen.

PASST GUT ZU

Fischspeisen, Vorspeisen mit Gemüse und zu sehr würzigen Gerichten.
