Bianco Veneto IGT

Der Bianco dei Mandorli ist ein trockener Weißwein, der aus Chardonnay und anderen Weissweinsorten unserer Weinberge gewonnen wird; der Prozentsatz der verschiedenen Rebsorten, wechselt von Weinlese zu Weinlese. Die Verarbeitung der Trauben wird bei niedriger Temperatur vorgenommen, um einen Wein mit frischen Duftnoten zu erhalten, der bei Tisch vielseitig verwendet werden kann.

Rebsorte: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinella (autochtone Sorte).
Reben-Erziehungssysteme: Guyot.

Temperaturkontrolle während und nach der Weinbereitung
Viermonatige Reifung im Stahltank auf der Hefe.

ALKOHOLGEHALT
Alkoholgehalt 12 – 12,5%.

VERPACKUNG
Bordeauxflasche zu 0,75 l; Kartons zu 6/12 Flaschen.
