In den frischeren Jahrgängen wird dieser Sekt aus Chardonnay Trauben hergestellt. Nach einer geeigneten Verfeinerung im Keller, erfolgt im Tank eine Schaumbildung. Ein eleganter und weicher Brut, mit feinem, beständigem Perlage.
100% Chardonnay.
Durchschnittlicher Ertrag 100 dz Trauben pro Hektar.
Sanfte Pressung bei niedriger Temperatur.
Schaumbildung im Tank bei niedriger Temperatur bis zu 5 Atmosphären.
Alkoholgehalt 12 – 12,5%.
Flasche zu 0,75 l; Kartons zu 6 Flaschen.

Passt sehr gut zu Fisch und leichten Gerichten.
